In our time within the financial services industry, we recognised that financial advice has typically been available only to those with higher income brackets. This is something we want to change. We as a business offer the St. James's Place services to anyone, regardless of their earnings and current assets. To do this, we are making our services and advice more accessible to everyone; unlike the approach to meetings or minimum investment holding approach favoured by some of the rest of the industry.

We also want to help secure brilliant homes to build lives, families and memories; places to grow up on and places to grow old in.

Just as we want to open financial advice up to clients that did not have access to the service before, we want to open up the possibility of working in the industry to talented, brilliant, passionate and driven people who may not have been interviewed elsewhere in the industry. We are a diverse Practice with many different backgrounds and are open to all. In fact, we do not hire for industry experience, instead hiring based on personality and attitude. The rest we can teach.
